<image:title>Jim "Knocko" Nolan - Jim “Knocko” Nolan</image:title>
<image:caption>As a detective, Jim has worked in a traditional detective squad, as well as a Special Victims squad that investigated assaults and sex crimes perpetrated against children. Born and bred in New York City in the 1970's, Jim decided early on his life that he wanted to make an impact on the blight and urban decay that he was witnessing spreading across his city and country, so he decided that joining the ranks of law enforcement would be the quickest and most efficient way of doing so. Setting out to accomplish this goal, Jim has had the rare and privileged opportunity to have been a member of two of the Nation's finest police forces in the country: NYPD and LAPD. Striving to be a well-rounded and active officer in the thick of it, Jim has worked street patrol duties in Bushwick, Brooklyn and Midtown Manhattan; as well in Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles. Due to his blue collar hard work ethic and a can-do attitude, Jim was selected to serve in a wide array of plain clothes-specialized assignments; some of which included: the Career Criminal Unit where he tracked and investigated dangerous and violent repeat offenders; the Violent Crime Investigation Section where he responded to and investigated shootings, assaults and robberies; the now infamous anti-gang unit CRASH where he collected intelligence on street and prison gangs and participated in undercover, reverse-sting operations targeting gang members; and the Vice Unit where he operated undercover arresting prostitutes and pimps. As a detective, Jim has worked in a traditional detective squad, as well as a Special Victims squad that investigated assaults and sex crimes perpetrated against children. One of Jim's favorite and most intriguing assignments was being assigned to the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force in which he held a Top Secret government clearance and was tasked to investigate international terrorist groups, such as Hezbollah and Al-Qaeda. Nowadays, Jim is a Detective Supervisor where he is charged with supervising, mentoring and leading a squad of police officers and detectives who are tasked with executing felony arrest warrants throughout the City & County.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Dr. Christine Marie - Dr. Christine Marie</image:title>
<image:caption>Dr. Christine Marie has a PhD in Media Psychology as well as an MA, MBA and a certificate in Positive Psychology and the Media. She writes, trains, consults and speaks on topics such as survivor stories in the media, trauma, media misrepresentation, humiliation and public shaming, cancel culture, victim blaming in the media, the power of life story, and life legacy. She is a certified Sexual Assault Victim’s Advocate and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, informed by her own life path. In an unexpected, harrowing life twist decades ago, Christine became a survivor of cult-based human trafficking which was not only traumatizing but left her lucky to be alive. On the bright side, her experience launched her expertise in human trafficking, sexual assault, cult psychology and polygamy, enabling her to become an effective advocate for others. When Dr. Christine finally agreed to share her traumatic personal story publicly with the goal of helping others, to her shock, she was misrepresented, humiliated, victim-shamed and exploited in the media. It was retraumatizing. Her recovery from this media experience was long and difficult. Ever-resilient, Dr. Christine decided to get her PhD in Media Psychology as part of her personal quest to turn her life’s darkest moments into something that would make a difference in the world. Her dissertation research is entitled, The Traumatic Impact of Media Humiliation, Misrepresentation and Victim-shaming on Narrative Identity and Well-being. She won the 2021 Outstanding Dissertation Award for the Psychology of Media and Technology division of the American Psychological Association. She coined the psychological terms ‘media-based trauma,’ ‘traumatic media misrepresentation,’ and ‘media representation assimilation’ which refers to how seeing yourself in the media influences your sense of self. Dr. Christine’s academic specialty is in understanding how the media impacts the subjects of the media stories. She has trained psychologists, therapists, life coaches, media professionals and survivors. She appeared in many media outlets internationally, either for her own story or as an expert. She consults with major media outlets regarding strategies for sensitivity when sharing survivor stories in the media. She is thrilled to be part of the team of experts for Lenora Claire Consulting, LLC. On a personal level, Dr. Christine is obsessed with coffee, animals, and everything vintage. She is married to her ‘Turkish prince’ husband, producer and photographer Tolga Katas. They live with their 5 snuggly chihuahuas on a little farm with mountain views, a petting zoo and hilariously friendly emotional support animals.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Stacey is a Detective Supervisor for the Los Angeles Police Department. Stacey is a Detective Supervisor for the Los Angeles Police Department where she is assigned as a homicide investigator in South LA where she has worked since 2005. In this capacity she works on a daily basis with survivors and their families where one of the worst, and most violent crimes has impacted them and changed the course of their lives permanently. Although she has worked a variety of assignments in her twenty five years as a police officer, being a homicide investigator is her passion. Born and raised in Chicago, Stacey made her way to Los Angeles following college to pursue a career as a lawyer specializing in Children’s Rights, when she did a course change and joined the LAPD in 1996. Stacey spent the majority of her career in South Los Angeles working patrol, a special problems unit on bikes, a uniformed and plain clothed Crime Suppression Unit, and multiple tours in the department’s gang unit, before going to homicide where she has made her home and spent most of the remiainder of her career. Stacey believes in the Homicide Investigator’s Credo, which says: “No greater honor will ever be bestowed on an officer or more profound duty imposed on them than when they are entrusted with the investigation of the death of a human being. It is their duty to find the facts regardless of color or creed without prejudice and to let no power on earth deter them from presenting these facts to the court without regard to personality.” Stacey has been personally effected by the very crime she has devoted most of her career to investigating when she lost a close friend to a domestic violence murder in 2015. Stacey has a daily practice of “personal work” that focuses on her health, mindfulness, and healing by the way of incorporating breathwork, yoga, heat and cold exposure, and movement that varies from traditional exercise and sports, to a variety of practices that work the physical, mental, and emotional self. She is a Certified XPT Breath Coach, and she also has a newfound interest in bio-hacking where she is on a quest to learn and incorporate more ways to bio-hack her life and minimize the effects of stress on the body and mind. She is passionate about protecting victims and fighting for them, and works equally hard on finding a balance to that fight when she’s off duty in her personal time</image:caption>

Dominique tries to accomplish this by laboring to push the narrative and environments with authenticity, sensitivity, and promise for inclusion. She specializes in training on thoughtful outreach to those who have experienced unimaginable trauma, serves as an authenticity reader to scripting, and brings awareness plus solutions to cultural bias that permeates in front and behind the lens.
